Yowza.
Work is crazy crazy crazy. And they just fired someone, so work load is going to get higher, which means even more crazy. yippee. I'm going to try really hard to only have 5 or 6 hours of overtime this week though. We'll see what happens. I may have to spend all of my lunches at my desk eating french fries while sending out files, like I am right now.
The volunteer coordinator at the Playhouse called me to come in last night and meet the director for The Wizard of Oz. She said I could just pop in, meet him, talk about anything that needed to be done right away, and go. When I got there, they somehow fernangled (good word!) me into staying for the auditions. At first, I thought it would be cool watching the kiddies tryout. But, OH NO, they decided they would make me the kid wrangler. I had to sit in the room where we were holding the kids before they tried out and make sure they didn't brake anything. I HAD TO BABYSIT! If auditioner #109 is cast as a munchkin I will quit the show. I finally told them I had to go home. Because the Grammys were on. And I'm super butt crazy in love with Justin Timberlake.
Other fun weekend news: I met Amy's boyfriend, Brandon, and his friends. We went out and had a few drinks. I barfed later. (no fun!) But, Brandon told Amy that his friends liked me. Which is always a nice little ego booster. Go me. And Brandon is really nice and cute...and a college boy...with college friends...that are boys...that can be my new college boy friends. :)
