I hope everyone had a wonderful, wonderful Christmas.

Also, last night I watched The Break Up and the episode of Alias where Syd finds out she's pregnant. Then I had a dream that Greg and I were breaking up and I found out we were having a baby. It was so damn depressing.

So far December has been pretty frakin' rad, if I do say so myself. Here are some examples ... in picture form...

I won a trip to Colorado for work. About 40 of us in the region got to spend three days at a resort in Breckenridge. It was pretty cool! Here is a picture of my room:


It was fully stocked with cooking utensils and even a dishwasher. I used a fork.

On top of paying for lodging, flight, food and beverage the company also paid for us to ski or snowmobile. Due to my knee problems, I decided to go snowmobiling.


I actually wrecked the snowmobile a couple times (no damage to myself or the vehicle) - too bad I don't have pics of that....When I got off the track, the snow was up to about my waist. I had to crawl like baby out of the snow and back to the trail. It sucked.

The worst part about seeing Colleen was watching Another Gay Movie and seeing Richard Hatch's wang. I screamed.

Okay, so there is a song on the radio now called "Lips of an Angel" by Hinder. And to be totally up front, I like this song a lot. And I've been steering away a little from "generic" rock lately, so I'm actually tad bit ashamed I like the song so much.

Anyway, I'm kind of surprised by how much people call into the radio station I listen to at work and complain about the song because of it's message. Basically it's about cheating with an ex. Which, yeah, I'm not saying that's an inspirational message or anything, but it's hardly the first song about this. I can think of a few off the top of my head, and I'm sure if you gave me time to go through playlists or what not I could think of some more.

So what's up with the Hinder hate?
