Greg also cut a couple watermelons with a machete. I really wish I would have gotten a picture of that. He seemed pretty excited about it.

It was a really fun weekend visiting the fam. We got home Sunday night and got through 6 episodes of Season 2 Veronica Mars. I still love Logan!!!

These aren't up for any reason other than my mom took them and I think they look good. It's my brother John and my sister Sarah.

I got bored and made up a quiz about me....It's in the sidebar...Go take it!

When Greg asked what I wanted for my birthday, I told him all I needed was his love...And Veronica Mars.

Greg altered one of his presents for me a little bit...

I know! Another Deadwood post! But seriously, this is a good representation of what life is like after you start watching this show...

-Apparently there is going to be a James Blunt concert in town at some point in the near future. The radio station they play at work is promoting THE HELL out of it, so I get hear multiple James Blunt songs a day. Could this be enough for me to quit my job?

-Ultraviolet was really terrible. And not even terrible in an enjoyable kind of way. The pretty colors and fun outfits weren't enough to keep me interested either.

-Greg had a 3 hour ninja test on Saturday that ended with him beating up a board. I think the board said something about his mom....

-100 Acre Deadwood. Oh bother.

Saturday we visited my dad and went boating.




Saturday night we went to the West Point Sweet Corn Festival


Sunday we ventured up to Des Moines for the Iowa State Fair, where we dressed up as ghosts!

Sometimes I have a tendency to be like Colleen and post "fake-posts"
But it's funny!

Stephen King is now a 65 yr old lesbian.
